About Me

Pamela Gomez MS LMFT-S, ASDCS
Who is Pamela Gomez...
I was born and raised in the Midwest, and I moved to Spain just after high school where I lived and worked as a professional singer for 10 years. Upon return to the U.S., I performed in Florida theaters, and I spent several years singing jazz in NYC. Although music and performance has always been a part of my life, I have also always had a love for teaching and am currently a licensed experienced teacher. I love the classroom and working with children, adolescents and families. I married my childhood sweetheart after reconnecting in NYC, and we have two children. My son has Autism, so I am passionate about raising Autism Awareness and understanding.
Through my experiences, I have discovered the importance of mental health and caring for our emotional-self.
My goal is to make a difference in the lives of those in my community and beyond and help others achieve happiness and fulfillment in life.
For this reason, I became a therapist.
